Steve has conducted numerous consulting assignments for international and domestic clients (e.g. ADB, IMF, WB, UDSAID, AusAID, SECO & EU) involving systems requirements, network and telecommunications planning, as well as the evaluation and implementation of management information systems. Provided advisory services relative to the design and implementation of information systems for institutions in the Capital Markets and Debt industries, including regulatory bodies and derivative trading companies, as well as for legal and non-profit entities, manufacturing and construction enterprises. Assignments have taken him to over 70 countries throughout the world.
